Senala Estate - 2010
Senala Estates Senalala Estates is a privately owned, commercial lodge, within the Klaserie Private Nature Reserve. We did complete bathroom renovations in all the guest chalets as well as minor bedroom renovations, which included the repainting of the cupboard doors and the fitting new headboards and bedside lights. We worked with Cemcrete products for the bathroom renovations, and incorporated this specialized plaster technique with Sandstone tiles, to create a truly warm, earthy atmosphere, perfect for the bush! We also did renovations to the guest bathroom in the main lounge and entertainment area; and built a new braai area, fire pit, deck and sala, overlooking the dry riverbed of the Klaserie River. Abattoir - 2010

This abattoir is the only abattoir of its standard in the Limpopo province and surrounds.

During the six months of construction, Sharalumi Building Solutions worked with many professionals in their field, to achieve this status.

Stainless Steel equipment designed for abattoirs and butcheries was imported from Germany. Steel manufacturers and refrigeration specialists were also involved with this project.

Dundee - 2011

Dundee is a privately owned home, which forms part of the Klaserie Camps, situated within the Klaserie Private Nature Reserve.

Renovations consisted of building a first floor into the home, creating two additional en-suite bedrooms, a living and entertainment room and an extended balcony overlooking the waterhole and bushveld.

We made use of Voidcon to build the slab of the first floor and an engineer was involved with the extension of the balcony.
Finishes included Earthcote Pandomo and Cemcrete Cretecote floors.

The original thatch roof was removed and replaced with Harvey Thatch.
